Time: 7PM ( Real: 7:15+PM. Yen Heng still not really want to start the dinner yet because his friend not yet all coming. But some guests already wait so long where they came at ~6pm, which is what we stated in the invitation card as welcoming guest. And, manager told me the dish was ready... getting cold already)

Overall I think is OK. What not perfect were
1. I'm not able to welcoming guest on time because of that baliah MUA (make up artist).
2. Slide show was not prepared well. Can't play it in DVD player.
3. Force to using laptop to play the slide show but the show arrangement was messy.
4. The main slide show was not play properly at last minute. Only show half and hang in the half way.
5. Slide show could not show in both screen since using laptop. Only one can be shown.
6. Wrong timing. Go for yam seng too fast.
7. Dishes only so so. Most people complain about the fish. Me feel PaiSeh... Well, Chicken & Bao were nice.

Not really want to show this Aunty photo here... but wa beh tahan liao... Can't be denied, she is pretty... but I hope everyone know about her BAD service, her BAD attitude!
Pls do not engage with the Siew Siew (H/P: 0125125956). This person is SUCK! I'm very regret to engaged with this person for my Ipoh wedding reception. Why?
1. COME LATE.
I did double confirm with her about the location (my makeup location was in the restaurant's bride room), make sure she know where is it. She said she knew. End up she came late with the reason: Ohh... it is here... hard to find.
2. NEVER PAY CONCERN ON WHAT CUSTOMER NEEDS.
I sent her few msg regarding my concern. I told her I'm more focus on my eyes and skin and told her I got a lot of pores, hope can cover it as much as possible. She NEVER reply me.
End up, on that day... she brought out her blusher to start to makeup and told me... your pores cannot cover one. She just put 1 layer power on my skin without using any cream to cover my pores. Is that a professional makeup artist? I have doubt on her skill!
3.ONLY CONCERN ON MONEY!
One thing she only will reply: about MONEY!!! She told me to bank in deposit for her and need to inform her after I bank in. Well, I did what she said... but she never informed me whether she got my money or not. I think this is a manners to inform your customer. I asked her whether she got my money or not during the makeup session.
This is her response: huh, should be gua.
I tried to teasing her: I bank in RM120, right? (she cost my dinner makeup RM220)
she said: Nope, I think you only bank in RM100 to me.
See, she aware of the amount. But never aware my concern.
4. BAD SKILL
As I mentioned earlier, no any cream to cover my pores. After that, I only noticed that she missed to help me put the red power on my side, professional? How about hair-do? Ha.. another story to tell you. She told me she has 12 year experiences in this field. Me.. really want to 'peiii' in front of her. She was again and again to do my hair-do. I'm not sure how many of my hairs had been fallen down. I thought make up can make the person looks pretty and charming... like a MAGIC! Well, that day me still look like myself without any amazing make up.
5. WITHOUT CLARIFY CUSTOMER ABOUT THE SERVICE
She never told me the price is not including the eye lashers & amplure. Why I so surprised about this? Actually I understand some peoples did not include these 2 things but they will tell their customer about this... this is what I experienced. For sure, most bridal house doesn't include these. They will tell thier customer. As a freelance, I'm not sure about it. I did survey few makeup artists... they do initially tell me the price is included this and that. So I assume freelance is providing this kind of service. Well, come to this SiewSiew... she never told me until that day, that time... I was argued with her with nicely way. I told her now's a day... a lot peoples will tell their customer about this... not like last time... they only will tell you charge this and that if you use their this and that. And I emphasized, you cannot assume your customer know all about this because they are not in your field. Ok, it can be said that it was my mistake. Anyhow, you know what she said: you can choose to not use... See, what is her attitude?! Anyway, she knew that I'm not happy with her... she discount RM10 for me... End up, my dinner makeup was RM250.
6. OTHER
I was told her I need to stand on the entrance and welcome guest on 6pm. And I was been told that she needs about 1hr+ to do it. Well, I don't know how much of her '+'... this only she know by herself. She said she will come on 5pm. Ok, I think her '+' is less that half an hour since she said 5pm. End up, she arrive at 5:15pm & not yet start... said wanna see my pre-wedding photo and see how the makeup and hair-do. Well, i think we only start it ~5:30pm. End up, we finished at ~6:50pm and I rush to change my gown with her little assistance. The time I ready to go out already 6:55pm (dinner was started at 7pm). Damn it!
Another most funny thing. After she finished for the makeup+hair-do & before she goes to wash room, she told me to prepare the money for her 1st. So after she went back from wash room, she will get her $.
I should be the people to rush to go out to welcome my guest. Well, she was more nervous and rush to go out than me.
I have very BAD EXPERIENCE with this aunty SIEW SIEW!!!! >:0

Before the DAY, you know what happened at that night?! My 2nd sister was giving big GIFT!!! We urgued about the table arrangement until I cried like cat. She was not happy with the table arrangment. Actually this is a very small matter. What I cannot tahan was her attitude... really 不可一世. Now I really can understand why most of her colleugue don't like her. Her attitude really cannot tahan. It was late night already after finish the arguement. I was not finish my slide show. What the most difficult is how to play it. I did it until 3AM+ (haven't finished). I cannot tahan already and went to bed. Before I fall as sleep, I was sent her a sorry msg to settle this matter. It not meaning I forgive her or I admit I fault... I just want the thing goes smoother. Well, I think my msg is worked. The next day, she involved herself into my event. But I tell you, I have bad feeling on her and I don't think our relationship is good if compare to last time. I won't ask for her help anymore... try to not have anything relate to her... even just a talk! I never forget what she had given me (bad experience) in my big day. Yes, I 'small gas'. This is ME!

I'm not a good person. I only remember those unhappy or bad thing. For me, overall of the ipoh reception preparation... it was not a happy experience.
