Summer Place Condo - Renovation

Update: 07 April 2011, Thus

We are going back to hometown this week... so Alfonso suggested to take a look on renovation progress.

We met a Myanmar guy who are doing construction in SP. We decided to let him do the skirting for us... entire unit except kitchen L-shape. We had a good deal.

1. 20' wall build - 95% done. Hole is filled without paint. Another side of this wall haven't paint yet.
2. Raise up the floor - 100% done with tiles. Tiles gap is big and fill with black 'powder' :(
3. Move down pipe outlet - 95% done. I think still have something need to do on the pipe which stick out.
4. Wiring - 70% done. Lighting point for console table and dining table are fixed. I still feel not satisfy of the console table one... but I don't want to request to change anymore since I did not give them a exact location. I should bear it.
5. Skincott - 100% done.

Remaining item:
1. Missing 1 power point in kitchen area
2. Missing 1 'original' lighting switch for the dry yard
3. Door bell haven't move and install
4. Exhausted fan in bathroom1 haven't install
5. Sliding window haven't install
6. Touch up

After busy few days... we are decided to hack the wall in kitchen area and engaged with Sentury to doing this. Sentury has a show unit in tower 2, 2nd floor 2 and office is at tower 2 3rd floor. We think the price is reasonable and 'lazy' go for more survey. That's why...

They are fast... Just paid our 40% deposit on Wed and only managed to get the approval from management on Thurs... today is Sat... I saw some progress already...
