This was our 2nd time pay visit to this restaurant. It is not a what new restaurant, has been operated since few years ago. And, it is famous of its Clay pot crab noddle. Now's a day, we can see different shop also having same kind of this dish... getting more people copy and modify this recipe.
Usually I will taking mum cook once I back to hometown. Today, my mum cook wan tan mee and Alfonso & I not really want to take it... so both of us have chance/reason to go out for our dinner.

Forgot what name of this vege... have a strong taste if you can't really take it... Well, it is OK for me... long time did not eat this vege already since I out of my hometown.
Steam clam (lala). Can you see what is the different of the clam if compare to other restaurant's presentation? Yeah, they taken out one side of its shell. So guarantee that every single clam also has its meat inside. Its meat is fat... very very nice even thought just cook with a simple spices.
Yeah... this is the main dish for our dinner. Clay pot crab with tong fen (noodle).

Here it is. If I not mistaken... last time they presented the whole crab on top of this clay pot. Once you open the clay pot cover... you only can see the crab with smoke. But now, they cut the crab in few pieces... maybe easier for customer to take it.
When I see the crab cephalothorax... I felt a bit disappointed. Well, once Alfonso found this pincer... wow, it is huge! We was thinking how many crab inside this claypot... 2? We don't know... because we got 3 pincers, 2 cephalothorax. I think those crabs already cut in piece and they just pick few and measure it and cook.
By the way, for the clay pot crab tong fen... they do have clay pot crab porridge, clay pot crab bihun etc.
4.3? I think crab is 4.3kg and cost us RM48 for the clay pot crab noodle. Lala- RM18, Vege-RM7. Total RM73. Only for 2 persons... damn expensive!

What name of this flower? Think think think... Lily? For sure is not... it is Lotus!
There have people selling lotus which wrap with lotus leaf... it looks very beautiful. At first, a Indian guy came and selling his lotus when we having our dinner. He has red and white Lotus. I feel wanted but afraid it is too expensive... so we did not stop him and ask for the price. After this indian guy left, a chinese uncle came and selling Lotus and Lotus Seed... this round we only see got people buy from him... but most of them are bought the Lotus Seed. Well, the lady next to our table bought a bunch of Lotus. So this time Alfonso dare to ask for it. Guess, how much? It is only RM7! He bought for me, hehe :)
