Interior...

Wooo... famous chef been here before...

Today menu.
Not many choices. All in here. Even Ala-Cart also the same... just not count in set. I believe they have different menu with different day.

Menu, Part 1

Menu, Part 2... see the price... shock, right? Me too :)

Menu, Part 3

Swedish skagen as amuse bouche - bread with butter lor :p
Rate: ***1/2

Not sure what it is... seems not in menu.
Rate: ****

Creamy seafood soup, scallop, red lentil
Rate: *****

Mango Californian roll, salad, Sichuan cress dressing, Apple chili chips
Rate: **
The salad is not 'juicy' at all... too dry.

His main course...

Organic New Zealand lamb, mojo rojo, marques herbs, shimeji tatin -> lamb+sausage+'egg puding' lor
Rate: *** 1/2
Taste is not bad but not worth for the price, really.

For myself...

Chicken roll with rosemary chili apricot, creamy black risotto, bordelaise sauce.
I think bordelaise sauce here is refer to 黑萝米.
Rate: ***1/2
Special sauce, nice chicken because not using chicken chest, but I don't like chili apricot

Selection of cheese with homemade compote

He was tasting it seriously... like 'professional eater'.

Nespresso tea

New York apple tatin, homemade cinnamon ice cream, caramelized nuts
Rate: ***1/2
Nice apple tatin... but too much 'apple smash' if compare the ratio of the buff. Special taste for ice cream.

Satisfy for today dinner?

Place for Hi-Tea...

Relax?

The bar...
